Type OF WEDDING

We are not just planning weddings – we are helping to create the most important celebration in your life. You can choose the type of wedding that is best for you.

 
 

LEGAL

A legal wedding is a marriage conducted in accordance with the laws of the Portuguese Republic and with certificates issued that are legal in your home country. We can make all the arrangements for necessary documentation and for the solicitor from the Civil Registry and a translator to conduct your wedding at a place of your choice.

rELIGIOUS

If you choose to have an Anglican Church Wedding/Wedding Blessing service or a Catholic Wedding we are happy to help you and to find the perfect church for you. Before this you will need to have a civil legal wedding, which can be in your home country or in Portugal. 

SYMBOLIC

If you don’t want a civil or religious ceremony and you prefer something more intimate and personalised, a symbolic ceremony is a lovely option. The special moment of your vows and the exchange of your rings  can be  conducted by a professional celebrant for you, or if you prefer it can be a friend or relative- the choice is yours.
